Phone Interview Tips
Phone interviews are common practice during the job search process. They can come at the beginning as an initial screening or at any other point with a remotely located manager or someone who is out of the office. The key is to treat it like any other interview. It might even help to dress the part to get you in the proper mindset. Watch the video below where Keagan Gros shares her tips on how to land a job from a phone interview.
- Print out the job description and your resume and have it in front of you
- Write out notes the night before
- Smile when talking – it shines through
- Listen to all of the questions and give thorough and carefully thought-out responses
