They come about once a year and most people dread them… but instead of sweating through your shirt beforehand, be prepared and prove your dedication! Don’t let your boss ask all the questions, here are a list of questions to ask him/her during the review:
1. What 3 goals do you want me to meet and exceed in 2011?
2. Specific to a goal, what will make the difference between average and a great performance?
3. How can I improve the way I work?
4. Would it be okay to check in with you quarterly to make sure we’re on the same page regarding my performance?
