During a job search, we’ve all heard “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.” Or while talking about trying to get an interview at a specific company, someone inevitably asks “don’t you have a friend of a friend who works there?”
You get it, we get it…knowing how to use your network is a valuable skill in any situation, especially the job search! Regardless of how you feel about “networking”, it’s here to stay. Apparently, this concept has also been around for quite some time.
