IT Support Technician

Our client, a preeminent performing arts organization is seeking an IT support technician. This role will be 100% onsite with full-time hours between 8am – 8pm EST. This position will support technical needs across multiple departments and companies under the greater organization umbrella.

Must be vaccinated for Covid-19

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows, PCs, Macs, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing.
  • Remote Employee Support
  • Assess and troubleshoot throughout organization and venues
  • Configure and update user accounts
  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Facilitating user access and administrating password resets
  • Support printer setups
  • Support the launch and adoption of business applications, services and tools
  • Configure and troubleshoot hardware resets
  • Conduct inventory management and audits of mobile and onsite asset fleet
  • Facilitate zoom room conferencing
  • Perform diagnostic tests to isolate and resolve technical issues
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting
  • Identify support issue trends and explore/propose solutions for root cause

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Exemplary Communication Skills
  • Strong client-facing skills
  • Service ticketing experience
  • Technical writing/communication skills
  • Solutions oriented mentality
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficiency in Mac and PC platforms

Rate: $30-35/hour
