Desktop Support Specialist
Our financial industry client is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join their team in a full time role. Excellent opportunity if you’re looking for a fast paced, technically challenging environment, where you can grow your career over the long term.

- Provide white glove technical support for hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues when needed
- Document incidents and solutions in proprietary ticketing system
- Configure and support mobile devices when needed
What you’ll need:
- Excellent hands on troubleshooting skills in a Windows / Microsoft environment
- Network Troubleshooting experience (DHCP, Connectivity, DNS, etc)
- Hands on experience with Active Directory (Mapping Drives, Account Unlocks, Network Printers, etc)
- Knowledge of Intune, WebEx, Teams, Zoom and Citrix
- iOS / MacOS troubleshooting experience would be a plus
- Experience working in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Ability to work independently, and as part of team when needed
- Ability to work onsite in an NYC based office
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to lift, move and install equipment as needed
Salary:
$90-$120K
