Our client is looking for a highly motivated NetSuite Integration Engineer. As a NetSuite Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite ERP implementations & integrations. This includes configuring and customizing NetSuite solutions to fit business requirements, providing technical support, training end-users, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and possess the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end integration process of NetSuite ERP solutions, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring the NetSuite solution aligns with business goals and operational needs.
• Customize and configure NetSuite modules to enhance functionality and improve user experience, utilizing SuiteScript, workflows, NSPB reporting, and other NetSuite customization tools.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, configuration documents, and training materials.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.
• Provide ongoing support and system enhancements post-implementation to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including 3rd party vendors, finance, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across systems.
• Stay abreast of new NetSuite features and updates, incorporating best practices and innovations into the implementation process. Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in NetSuite ERP implementation projects, with a strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer, or related certifications preferred.
