Account Executive
Our client, a fast-growing fintech building modern engagement and marketing infrastructure for community financial institutions is looking for a full cycle AE to join their team.
This is a full time, onsite role based in NYC offering base + uncapped commission structure.
What you’ll do:
- Run the entire deal cycle — source, qualify, negotiate, close
- Build pipeline through events, outbound, and LinkedIn
- Run consultative discovery with financial institution executives
- Deliver tailored demos and ROI-driven presentations
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing and customer success
- Help shape GTM strategy as the company scales
What you bring:
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Track record of consistently beating quota
- Experience selling to mid-market/enterprise, ideally relationship-driven industries
- Comfort running strategic conversations with C-level execs
- High autonomy with strong judgment on when to loop in leadership
