Corporate Associate
Our client, a full-service law firm in Uniondale, New York, seeks a Corporate Associate with 4 – 6 years’ experience. The candidate will work closely with partners on all aspects of corporate law advising middle-market businesses as well as companies in all stages of development, from start-ups and early-stage companies to large private and publicly held companies. Ideal candidate has a strong transactional background, as well as M&A and financing experience.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years corporate law firm experience
- Transactional experience in the following areas:
- entity formation
- mergers and acquisitions
- capital raising
- strategic alliances
- shareholder agreements
- contract review including licensing, manufacturing, and distribution agreement
- corporate governance
- time management skills
- excellent writing skills
- Must be admitted to the New York Bar
Salary range: $141,000 to $161,500
This is a hybrid position, 4 days in office in Uniondale, NY.
A writing sample and personal reference will be required as part of the interview process.
