VC backed dynamic and mission-driven start-up is seeking a passionate Head of Product. This person will be tasked with co-leading efforts to identify market opportunities, drive product strategy, and improve on product design. This will involve the end-to-end formation, development, and launch of digital products for both internal users and external end-users, including web and mobile applications. Candidate must have the skills to thrive and work in a rapidly changing environment as well as the capacity and excitement to build products from scratch. We are looking for Product Managers who are obsessed with the end-user experience.

• You will be the company's Head of Product, responsible for:
  • Co-leading efforts to identify market opportunities and define product strategy
  • The end-to-end formation, development, and launch of amazing digital products for both internal users and external end-users, including web and mobile applications.
  • The overall user experience for all stakeholders, from initial user interaction (both digital and in-person) through ongoing user engagement.
  • Quarterbacking user research efforts and using data collected to improve product design.
  • Defining and creating our product and brand identities across digital and direct mail marketing efforts.
• You should be comfortable with:
  • Interaction and visual design. You should have deep experience with some of the following: Sketch, Figma, InVision.
  • Designing products for multiple stakeholders and user groups.
  • User research: you must be able to solicit feedback from a variety of user groups and synthesize into prioritized needs.
  • Prototyping designs, from sketches through high-fidelity mocks.
  • Partnering with engineers to implement designs and create production-ready products.
  • Software framework, specifically HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Navigating tremendous ambiguity and complex inter-dependencies between disparate use cases, user types, and stages of product maturity.
  • Leading design and product teams by empowering others with collective responsibility while maintaining individual accountability.
