IT Systems Administrator

Role Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support laptops, desktops, network equipment, A/V equipment & various peripherals
  • Develop our macOS management systems (JAMF)
  • Improving and developing our IdP (OKTA) with various SaaS products
  • Provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts and devices
  • Monitors and maintains software and hardware licensing and inventory
  • Provide support with help desk requests
  • Procure computer-related equipment
  • Administer Office 365 email and cloud-based file systems including Dropbox
  • Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated hardware when necessary
  • Create and provide technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
  • Perform website maintenance
  • Oversee access to internal company resources, ensuring standards are being followed, workflow maintained, and compliance requirements are being met. 
  • Provide end user training

Qualifications

  • Mininum 3-4 years’ experience in a Helpdesk Support position.
  • MacOS software and hardware experience.
  • Basic Wordpress experience
  • Experience with both IOS and Android devices including troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated experience with and knowledge in Windows PCs, Microsoft Office, Slack, DropBox, SSO Meraki networks, Jamf and Adobe products.
  • Previous experience in email support and administration (Outlook / Exchange)
  • Advanced understanding of AV solutions; ideally previously providing support with AV solutions, setting up large-scale meetings.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker.
  • Jamf and/or MDM understanding and/or experience ideal.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with changing schedules and priorities.

 

A certified MAC Technician and/or CompTIA A+ certified is highly advantageous
