Cleartech is the IT Recruitment division of Clarity Recruiting, and we're seeking an experienced technical recruiter for our internal team! Cleartech works closely with Team Clarity. They sit in the same office, share leads, cross-pollinate with and participate in all Clarity programming and events.

The Recruiter/Account Executive role is a hybrid of full-cycle candidate recruiting and client account management. Full-cycle recruiting experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred but not required.
Day to day responsibilities:
Sourcing:
- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to fill open positions. This may include utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, other job boards, Clarity applicant tracking system, referral network, and researching additional resources to source candidates
- Maintain candidate pipeline for both existing open roles and prospective incoming roles
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews daily
Candidate management:
- Match candidates to open roles; pitch positions and ensure proper fit on both candidate and client side
- Synthesize candidate backgrounds into summary notes for client review
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process - schedule interviews, conduct interview prep calls & feedback conversations, complete reference checks, offer role, assist with candidate onboarding
- Act as a mentor and advisor for candidates after start ensuring a seamless transition
Business development:
- Build your own book of business using sales strategies and entrepreneurial attitude
- Source new business opportunities for Clarity utilizing personal referral network, cold calling, networking, warm leads, etc.
- Research new leads and maintain active list of potential opportunities
- Meet with potential clients and act as industry expert to provide guidance
- Entertain clients (take them to lunch, a Broadway show or a workout class!) to foster relationships in creative ways and reinforce our cultural values
- Negotiate and confirm contract terms to conduct business moving forward
- Cross-sell other areas of the business to grow relationships
Client management:
- Act as main point of contact for clients, helping to fill open requisitions
- Get to know our clients brands inside and out, working to represent their company as if you were an internal employee yourself!
- Conduct job intake calls, advise on budgets & current job market trends
- Provide shortlist of qualified candidates to client and gather feedback/manage interview process accordingly
- Work collaboratively with lead candidate recruiter to complete full-cycle and act as a resource for client to support new hire onboarding
